Ive been a multifaceted healer for over 25 years. I am certified in many healing modalities including; Esalen, Thai/Lomi Lomi, Hot Stones and Myofacial release. In addition, Im also a certified hypnotherapist and Reiki master. Each session is uniquely yours, tailored to fit your needs. From light nurturing to deep tissue, the pressure will be to your preference.

What I offer you is a place of respite to reconnect and relax your body, putting your mind at ease. Consider this an opportunity to let go of the outside world. From that place of stillness we may incorporate breathwork, guided meditation, hypnotherapy and energy work, balancing your system completely.

CBD oils and aromatherapy upon request, hot towels and hot stones are included in therapeutic massage.

I use high quality organic oils and creams. Shower is available before/after treatment.
